We ship USPS Media Mail and UPS Ground Service each weekday. Occasionally, we ship UPS even when you request Media Mail. There is no additional charge to you if we decide to do that.

We offer Free Shipping on some computer software products. If we're paying the shipping costs, then we decide which method to use on a case by case basis.

Communion Ware and Communion Cups do not qualify for Media Mail rates and are shipped using U.P.S. Ground Service.

You may select to Pick Up your order at Pilgrim Discount during regular business hours - - with valid identification. You need to be able to pick up your order within 14 days of being notified that it is ready to be picked up. There is a 50¢ Handling Fee if your total purchase is less than $15.00. There is no handling cost if your order is $15.00 or more. [However, please note, there is a 10% handling charge on any items that are not picked up or refused. We have paid our staff to pull the items you have requested; we have processed your credit card; we have notified you that your order is ready. It is only fair that we be compensated for our work on your behalf.]

Valid Identification: If you are picking up your purchase personally, then a photo ID (a valid state-issued ID or driver's license) and the copy of your order you printed from our web site is required. If you wish to have someone else pick up your order for you, then you must arrange this with us prior to the person's arrival.
